Pretty much the ideal old school, neighborhood diner. Food made from scratch, no frozen burgers. Hand patted. Homemade sauce & dips are exceptional. Prices have not risen over last few years as much as most other places. They're very fair. Looks small but plenty of seating. Ample parking. Be courteous and be a good neighbor and you will be treated very well. Been in general area all my life but first visit. Heard breakfast is way above average, just as lunch is. I will definitely be back.

This is the quintessential hole-in-the-wall mom and pop diner. From the pricing and service, to the decor and location, this is what you think of when you hear small town diner. The food is great, prices are extremely fair (especially with the recent inflation hits), and everything just feels like being home again. The menu has a great variety, and they are definitely giving you Carolina portions. Livermush is fried, hot dogs are grilled, flat top griddle stays sizzling, and there's Sun Drop in the fountain. It's just a great place to be.

Stopped in to grab a burger to go. This location has been around since I was a kid and could hardly see the cash register. Food was cooked to order and excellent, juicy cheeseburger at great price!. The perfect "great spoon" diner atmosphere where locals gather!

Excellent food great people. If you have never eaten Home style Breakfast from a restaurant... This is the place to go. The waiter/waitresses are very courteous, and keep your drink full. You don't have to ask them for anything. They are very attentive and care about you, not their phone or something else. Excellent food, prices, cleanliness, and hospitality. NOTE: Cash only Restaurant!!! no cards.

Service was good, prices were cheap and food was great! Only thing I would change is to stay open longer on Saturdays maybe till 2pm. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be back!

Delicious!!!!!!!! I have been eating here since I was a kid and absolutely love it. Workers are so nice. I've known Janet for years and she is like another aunt to me. She's great friends with my family, as are the other workers. I love their egg and pancake plates. So good and I love the fact that most other customers are older.... It shows how loyal the clients are
